Zach Loavenbruck worked as a Training and Knowledge Management Associate at OnForce, a leading provider of contract service professionals. The position leveraged his years of experience in Training and Organizational Support. Prior to his position at OnForce, Zach Loavenbruck worked at Liaison International in Watertown, Massachusetts. While at Liaison, Zach Loavenbruck served as a Coordinator of Training & Organizational Support for the information technology corporation. In his role, Zach Loavenbruck supervised a team of application service representatives and was responsible for training and developing new talent. Zach Loavenbruck led enterprise level organizational support and provided product demonstrations to clients. A determined leader, Zach Loavenbruck launched a professional development program for Liaison International and was responsible for deploying and documenting the entire project. Liaison International recognized Zach Loavenbruck’s innovation and leadership by presenting him with the International Award for Excellence.

Apart from working in the technology sector, Zach Loavenbruck is a talented musician who has mastered the piano, electric piano, guitar, Jew’s harp, and melodica. He is recording an album with his band, Waves Crashing On Face, which will be released soon.

Zach Loavenbruck took his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester, where he studied Political Science. Zach Loavenbruck later earned his MST from Pace University and worked for a time in the education sector.

A man dedicated to the common good, Zach Loavenbruck has donated to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America and has also volunteered in New England soup kitchens that aid the hungry and homeless.

Zach Loavenbruck enjoys the outdoors and regularly ventures into the New England countryside to mountain bike, kayak, camp, hike, and backpack. Zach Loavenbruck also plays tennis and golf in his free time and is a noted member of the Boston Men’s Baseball League.
